We ship domestically and internationally via Pos Laju. We ship to all countries.
Order are processed and shipped on business days only which are from Monday to Friday, 8 am until 6pm, excluding national holidays in Malaysia. Please note that for customized orders with add on printing services, processing time may be extended by 1-2 working days.
Estimated delivery for International shipment: 4-11 days
Estimated delivery for West Malaysia: 3-5 days
Estimated delivery for East Malaysia: 1-3 days
- Order placed on weekend, public holidays, sales or promotional period.
- Payment receipt was not provided for customer who selected manual payment method (Direct bank transfer or cash deposit).
- The product is out of stocks. In these circumstances, our customer service will contact you for further actions.
Tracking number will be made available to customer via email as soon as the parcel is ready to be shipped out. Customers may access Poslaju Express Tracking to get update on the parcel movement status.
Kindly note that until the courier service updates their system with your tracking information, you might unable to track your shipment.
Delivery failure may occur in the event of
- Incorrect delivery address
- Recipient is not available during attempted delivery
In such cases, the courier service will either
- Attempt another delivery to the given address
- Return the parcel to local sorting hub
- Return the parcel to u
