General Terms and Conditions
- We currently use PosLaju for deliveries within Malaysia. For deliveries outside Malaysia, we use other courier companies which we believe to be reliable service providers. Shipment information will be sent to you via email.
- Orders are processed on a daily basis and only during regular business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow an additional day for delivery for each Malaysia public holiday, which happens to fall during the shipment period. Orders received on a Friday night will be sent out on Monday.
- Daily cut-off time for processing orders is 12:00 noon Malaysia Standard Time. We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment confirmation before 12:00 noon. All domestic shipment by PosLaju takes approximately 3 days. However, delivery of customized order with add on services (such as printing) is subjected to change.
- If it should happen that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you before sending out your delivery. However, under certain conditions, we reserve the right to make a direct refund to you without prior notice.
- Please ensure that your shipment and billing information is entered correctly to ensure that your order will be successfully processed and to avoid delays. All domestic orders require an active local telephone number and email, which will allow us to quickly contact you for order verification or additional information. Any orders placed without an active, domestic phone number may be cancelled without notification.
- For international deliveries, lsconline.com.my reserves the right to select which courier company to use based on your location and the weight of your goods.
- Should a parcel be returned to us because the address you provided was deemed undeliverable by the courier company, we will not be liable for additional expenses incurred to resend the parcel to you. You will have to pay for the additional costs.
- Free Shipping is available for delivery for orders above a minimum spend of RM300 (nett price),exception of team collection products
How do I track my delivery?
Tracking number will be made available to customer via email as soon as the parcel is ready to be shipped out. Customers may access www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/ to get update on the parcel movement.
The buyer is responsible to contact us or the courier company if the parcel is not received after the promise lead time.
