Delivery Policy

  1. We currently use PosLaju for deliveries within Malaysia. For deliveries outside of Malaysia, we use other courier companies which we believe to be reliable service providers. Shipping information will be sent to you via email. 
  2. Orders are processed on a daily basis and only during regular business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow an additional day for delivery for each public holiday (as applicable to Malaysia) which happens to fall during the shipment period. Orders received on a Friday night will be sent out on Monday. 
  3. Daily cut-off time for processing orders is 12:00 noon Malaysian time. We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment information before 12:00 noon.
  4. All shipping time estimates of "3 days" applies ONLY to domestic orders shipped through PosLaju. 
  5. Deliveries may be delayed without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to minimise such occurrences. For urgent orders, please make note in your order form so priority arrangements can be made accordingly. 
  6. If it should happen that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you before sending out your delivery. However, under certain conditions, we reserve the right to make a direct refund to you without prior notice. 
  7. Please ensure that your shipping and billing information is entered correctly to ensure that your order will be successfully processed and to avoid delays. Domestic orders require an active local telephone number to be entered, which will allow us to quickly contact you should order verification or additional information be required. Any orders placed without an active, domestic phone number may be canceled without notification. 
  8. For international deliveries, LSC Online reserves the right to select which courier company to use based on your location and the weight of your goods. 
  9. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number by email. If your delivery fails to arrive after the promised lead time, please contact the courier company directly.
  10. Should a parcel be returned to us because the address you provided was deemed undeliverable by the courier company, we will not be liable for additional expenses incurred to resend the parcel to you. You will have to pay for the additional costs.

How do I track my delivery?

After your order has been sent out, we will email the parcel tracking number to you.

For local deliveries, please check your parcel status through Pos Malaysia Online: http://www.pos.com.my/postal-services/quick-access/?track-trace
The buyer is responsible to contact us or the courier company if the parcel is not received after the promise lead time.
